About us
The HARTING AG Biel was founded in 1983. The core business is the production of electronic connectors for industry and telecommunication. Since 2002 the company has been specializing in the development and manufacture of 3D-MID (Molded Interconnect Devices)
The company employs a staff of approximately 140, working in the plant Biel with 6600m².
Sales in the fiscal year 06/07 was 29 Millions Swiss Francs. The total amount of produced and sold connectors was about 40 million pieces. Our strength lies in the vast variety of over 3000 connector types.
The business unit Mitronics offers development and production services for multi fuctional packages for secialized sensors based on 3D-MID technologies.
