- Packing solutions
- Functional test of the device up to the calibration of sensors
Handling
Handling solutions are created in conjunction with our special mechanical engineering. Materials handling systems can be realized efficiently, even for the smallest components. Consistent, continuous solutions for the complete process flow help to reduce costs.
Calibration & Test
Each product is getting 100% electrically tested. In addition, application tests, such as light, magnetic field or pressure, can be carried out if required. Series calibration is developed in cooperation with the customers.
Underfill/Optical Mold
3D technology allows efficient and stress-free solutions for encapsulation for sensitive devices. Optical mold and glob top can also be implemented.
Packing
Standard packing is performed in blister or tape & reel with the correct orientation. Depending on the customer's requirements, special e.g. recycling solutions are worked out for component packing.
